Free Revisions
The number of free revisions depends on the package you have selected. You may request revisions within the limits defined in your package.
- Additional revisions beyond the allocated limit will be charged based on the complexity of the changes.
- Our “unlimited revisions” policy is capped at 10 revision rounds to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Revision Turnaround Time
- Logo Design: 24–48 hours
- Website Design: 24–48 hours
- Web Development: 24–48 hours (depending on complexity)
Free revisions are valid for 3 business days after initial delivery. Requests after this period may incur additional charges.
New Order Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary depending on the service:
- Logo Design: 24–48 hours
- Website Design (Home Page): Minimum 48 hours
- Website Development (5–7 pages): 5–7 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
Refund requests will only be considered if:
- An all-in-one package was purchased and the initial concept has not been approved
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- No revisions have been requested
- The issue is due to a service failure from Tech GenZee that cannot be resolved
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Revisions have already been requested or delivered
- The reason is unrelated to service quality
- No response from the client for more than 14 days
- Policies have been violated
- Another agency/designer is involved in the same project
- The initial brief was incomplete or unclear
- A full design change is requested after approval
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- The package includes non-refundable services (SEO, marketing, domain, hosting, etc.)
- The project has entered development after design approval
Note:
- Transaction fees may be deducted from refunds.
- Upon refund, all rights to delivered work revert to Tech GenZee.
Ownership of Work
- Full ownership rights are transferred to the client upon final project completion and full payment.
- If ownership is requested before completion, an additional fee may apply depending on the project stage.
Quality Assurance Policy
Tech GenZee follows a structured quality assurance process to ensure:

- Client satisfaction through revisions
Delivery Policy
- All deliverables are shared via the client’s registered email or account.
- Standard delivery timelines apply unless a priority request is approved.
Project Inactivity
- Projects inactive for 14 days will be placed on hold
- A reactivation fee may apply
- Projects inactive for 30+ days may be closed and require a new order
Record Maintenance
We maintain records of completed projects for backup purposes. However, clients are advised to securely store their final files.
